The Out of Town hCG Weight Loss Protocol
Cost: $650
If you are at a distance greater than 200 miles, a complimentary initial telephone consultation will be done to determine whether you are eligible for care.
Maintenance Phase

Review, evaluation, and recommendations are made of all medications and supplements to ensure you are only taking things that are worthwhile.
Diagnostic B12 injection.
Recommendations for weight loss and diet as needed.
If appropriate samples of nutritional supplements.
A written summary of evaluation and Wellness Plan.
Two 45 minute follow-up appointments to discuss the written evaluation summary and follow-up on the Wellness Plan.
Three 15 minute Physician Telephone Consultations over a 3 month period for Wellness Plan follow up
No appointments necessary for all weigh–ins or vital sign checks, however appointments are recommend.
